100onehundred – Terms of Participation, Payment Agreement & Liability Waiver

By enrolling in, purchasing, or participating in any program, cohort, event, session, or experience offered by 100onehundred LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms in full.

1. Nature of the Program

100onehundred is a personal development and leadership program focused on awareness, reflection, intentional living, and group-based growth.

You acknowledge that 100onehundred is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for professional services of any kind.

Participation is voluntary, and you are solely responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being at all times.

2. Term & Financial Commitment

By enrolling in Group 1 (Century 1) or any 100onehundred cohort, you agree to the following financial terms:

  • A 12-month contractual commitment

  • Monthly payments of $1,050 USD for twelve (12) consecutive months

  • A one-time, non-refundable setup fee of $1,550 USD, due at enrollment

You understand and agree that:

  • This is a fixed-term agreement

  • Early withdrawal, non-participation, removal from the group, or voluntary departure does not cancel or reduce your payment obligation

  • All payments remain due in full regardless of attendance, engagement level, or personal circumstances

Failure to participate does not terminate this agreement.

3. No Refunds / No Cancellations

All payments made to 100onehundred LLC are non-refundable.

There are:

  • No refunds

  • No prorated refunds

  • No cancellations once enrolled

This applies regardless of reason, including but not limited to:

  • Schedule conflicts

  • Changes in personal or professional circumstances

  • Emotional discomfort

  • Dissatisfaction with outcomes

  • Injury, illness, or inability to participate

4. Assumption of Risk

You understand that participation in 100onehundred may involve activities, discussions, exercises, experiences, or events that are physically, emotionally, mentally, or psychologically demanding.

You voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with participation in any 100onehundred program, cohort, event, session, or experience.

5. Injury, Illness, or Death

You acknowledge that participation in any activities or experiences offered or facilitated by 100onehundred carries inherent risk, including the risk of serious injury, illness, permanent disability, or death.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that:

  • 100onehundred LLC

  • Any employees, contractors, facilitators, partners, volunteers, or individuals affiliated with 100onehundred LLC

shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, or death occurring during or as a result of your participation, whether such participation occurs virtually, in person, or in connection with any affiliated or third-party experience.

You agree that you are solely responsible for determining whether you are physically, mentally, and medically capable of participating in any activity or experience.

6. Release & Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Nicolas Bryant, 100onehundred LLC, and all affiliated individuals from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation in any 100onehundred offering, including claims arising from negligence, except where prohibited by law.

7. Personal Responsibility & No Guarantees

You acknowledge that:

  • Individual results vary

  • No specific outcomes are guaranteed

  • You are responsible for how you interpret and apply any insights or discussions

100onehundred makes no representations or warranties regarding performance, personal growth, financial results, or life outcomes.

8. Confidentiality & Conduct

You agree to respect the confidentiality of all participants and to not disclose personal information shared within the group without explicit permission.

100onehundred reserves the right to remove any participant who violates group standards, confidentiality, or conduct expectations, at its sole discretion. Removal does not void financial obligations.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, recordings, content, and methodologies provided by 100onehundred are the intellectual property of 100onehundred LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By enrolling, submitting payment, or participating in any 100onehundred offering, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these terms

  • You agree to the 12-month financial commitment

  • You voluntarily assume all associated risks

  • You are legally able to enter into this agreement
