I grew up believing success came from grinding harder, achieving more, and never letting anything slow you down — especially your emotions.
So I did exactly that.
I climbed fast, earned well, and built the life I thought I was “supposed” to want.
But inside, I felt constantly flooded.
I didn’t know how to regulate my emotions, how to slow down, or how to be truly present with the people I loved.
I lived in a body stuck in fight-or-flight.
Everything shifted when I finally learned how to create inner safety — to feel without shutting down, to name what was happening inside me, and to confront the stories and patterns that shaped me.
That inner work didn’t just change my emotional life.
It changed my marriage, my leadership, my performance, my purpose — everything.
And that's why I built 100onehundred:
to give men the emotional bandwidth, clarity, and power to build a life by design.
