The Experience

The Men’s Cohort is a 12-month, one-time experience designed to create clarity, depth, and lasting connection within a defined container.

While the formal structure spans one year, the relationships, conversations, and brotherhood are built to extend far beyond it.

• Three Curated, In-Person Retreats
  Immersive retreats hosted in thoughtfully selected locations. Lodging and meals included. Each retreat is designed to deepen presence, strengthen connection, and create space for meaningful reflection through curated experiences, movement, and nature immersion.

• Weekly Cohort Call
  A live weekly call that anchors the work. A consistent space to slow down, reflect, speak honestly, and reconnect amid the demands of life and leadership.

• Expert-Led Sessions
  Regular live sessions hosted by world-class practitioners and leaders, including breathwork, nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, embodiment, and conscious leadership.

• Monthly One-on-One Support
  A private monthly session focused on integration, accountability, and clarity around what is showing up in your real life.

• Direct Access
  My direct number, with the ability to voice message throughout the month for real-time support when things arise.

• Accountability Partnerships
  Intentionally paired accountability partners within the cohort to support consistency, honesty, and shared responsibility for growth.
